At The Monastery Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary essentials; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all authentic packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
